Step 1: Install the extension

  1. Sign up at web.zaptilo.ai
  2. Generate your API token from Developer Tools → Access Tokens
  3. Install the Zaptilo extension from Zoho Marketplace
  4. Open the Settings widget in Zoho CRM and paste your API token
